EBiDAN group "StarmenKiDS" announced to release their third mini album on November 26th. The album will be titled "Sutachu~" and once again there will be three diffirent version of the album. So far there is no information about the tracklist and we still have to wait for the covers to be shown. However they did upload a little teaser of the main track "Chugakusei nau" already. Check it out.
I love the song once again and I am very much looking forward to this third album since so far I liked their releases a lot all the time.
SELLOUT will release their 4th single on September 24th. The single will be availible at Tower Records, even at their online store (which made it possible for me to actually pre-order the single). The single is called "Tomomi Ayumu Michi" and will come in two versions. Version A comes with the b-side track "Change" and version B with the b-side track "Hot Shot".
They already released a music video for the new song. Please check it out.
I think the video turned out really good and I love the song a lot. I really like how the voice of Ranma and Shohei compliment each other. Definitly a great new release and a good sign that Ranma was the best choice for joining them after Neo left.
It's here!!! I am super excited for this and so happy they finally released a 2nd music video. The video is for their song "Maboroshi no Daichi", which is not a new song but one of their popular songs they haven't released on cd jet. I guess this means that it will be on the 3rd album that will come out on July 13. That also gives me hope that "with my step" will also finally be released on cd, since it is also an older but popular song.
However I do love "Maboroshi no Daichi". It's a fun and cute song that I always enjoyed watching them perform and I am happy they released a music video for it. The video is done so well. They all look really handsome and cute. Some of the shots are being so nice, I always fangirl over them watching the video. Like that scene of Shion standing in the door and looking up, waaahhhh that's so handsome. And basicly all scenes of Yori because he looks so cute e.g. while listening to music and looking like he is daydreaming. Of course I LOVE all the scenes of Hibiki too, I mean he is my bias, how could I not. He is such a sunshine to me because whenever I see him my world get's brighter. That was cheesy but it's true! Rowan looks so cool in all the scenes and Andy is upper cute and super handsome too, I love seeing him playing the guitar together with Ayumu, besides Ayumu is so lovely in this video as well. At least Jay is flawless like always. His performance is great and he has such a great aura to him. I like that he always looks so self-confident and everything he does feels so natural. I love these guys so much and I am so extremly proud of them and I hope they are proud about themselves too.
Today I wanna share some songs with you that I recently love to listen too. I love repeating them and definitly recommend them to all you Jpop lovers out there.
[HARUMI - Don't Break My Heart]
I am very much in love with Harumi's voice and her english is really good too. I bought her mini album on the japanese iTunes and I love the whole album. All of her song on this are amazing. She really is one talanted young woman and if you like artists like RiRi you will like her too.
[BALLISTIK BOYZ from EXILE TRIBE - Tenhane 1000%]
Ballistik Boyz did an stunning debut with this. I LOVE the song SO much and the video is so extremly nice too. Their dancing is lit!! To be honest I wasn't looking forward to this debut because I am mostly a Gene and Rampage fan but this really flashed me. Now I am looking forward to the mini album they will release in a few days.
[Gingadan - BURN!!]
Just recently I was finally able to buy this song through the japanese itunes so I am finally able to listen to this song A LOT whenever I feel like it. I still love this song a lot and to be honest I would love to see these guys release a new song. I know one of the main vocalists left so maybe that's why they don't realease anything at the moment. I do hope they will release more.
[WILYWNKA - Stay feat. SIRUP]
That song is so addicting to me. Sometimes I keep this song on repeat for more than an hour. I love the flow of this song a lot, the rap is super nice and of course SIRUPs super beautiful voice. This whole songs is perfect.
[YOSA & TAAR - Fever feat. SIRUP]
Another awesome song featuring SIRUP, thought in this song he is the only vocalist. YOSA & TAAR are DJs and produced this song, thought the lyrics have been written be SIRUP. This song is once again super addicting and I can repeat it for quite a while before I get the feeling that I want to listen to something else.
[BATTLE BOYS - With you With me]
First of it's awesome that Battle Boys finally released an actual music video. I love the video, it's a little fast sometimes but they are doing so well, the dance is super cute and they all look so handsome and cute. However I also like the song A LOT. The refrain is quite addictive and I enjoy listening to it a lot.
[Valentines - Break Into The Dark feat. RUI & Afro Jack]
I love this song a lot since back when I heard it the first time in a teaser for the 3rd High & Low movie. I don't know who exactly is Valentine and never heard anythingelse of him. However this song is so extremly beautiful and I love listening to it.
[Yamashita Tomohisa - You Make Me]
Last week I recieved the latest album of YamaP which has "You Make Me" on it and since I recieved the album I am listening to this song a lot. The album is pretty good in generall but this song is by far my favorite on it. I love that it's such an easy going song.
These are the few songs I am quite addicted to at the moment, thought of course there is more. Do you like any of these song as well?
I am so much in love with this artists. SIRUP has a freakin' beautiful voice and his songs are awesome most of the time. Evergreen is once again a super smooth and so extremly nice listening to song. I am having this on repeat for a while already. The video is pretty simple and nothing have to watch again and again, thought it nice watching him sing the song because it reminds me of seeing him live.
Evergreen is one of the new songs of his first album that will be released on May 29th. I am SO much looking forward to this album.
NORD is a 7 member boy group from Sapporo. They released their first cd in december 2016. Back then they were still 8 members. However somewhere between end 2017 and beginning 2018 the member with the color "dark blue" left the group. I don't know his name nor do I know why he left. This left the group with the 7 members they are now, thought Nagasaki Yusuke was on hiatus for a few singles and that's also the reason he is not staring in their recently released live dvd.
I first got to know them because they were futured in a magazine I own but I wasn't really interessted in them so I didn't check them out. The reason I finally checked them out is a project group called "Love Harmony, Inc." which futures artists of different groups as well as solo artists. Shima Taisei is one of the artists in this group and his voice is very beautiful so I wanted to check out the group he is in and that happend to be NORD.
So I watched the music videos they released so far and damn these guys are really cute and I really like the music, most of the time it's fun music that get's you in a good mood. Here are the videos of them you can find online.
"Boku = Kimi Heart Catch" is definitly my favorite song of them. It's so cute und so much fun to listen too and the video is freakin adorable. I love watching them being all dorky.
Starlit Sky is their most recent single. You can get nearly all of their music on iTunes. Their first 2 releases (the EP "NORD" and the single "Hajimarisuto") however are only availible on the japanese iTunes. If you have the chance to buy those two as well, I recomend doing so because there are some nice songs on them, my favorite one happens to be "Mirai".
Here are the members and their short profiles.
Takeru Funaki
Birthday：August 10th 2001 (OMG WHAT!!! He doesn't look so young!! XD)
Hobbies：baseball, singing when alone, listening to music
So far I think they are all kind of cute and my favorites so far happen to be Hikaru and Taisei. However since I just got into them my favorites might change pretty fast.
They also have a youtube channel on which they upload videos of them doing all kind of things. It looks pretty funny but I haven't taken a serious look at these jet. If you might got interessted in them, here are all the links to their social media sites and the like.
The members all have Instagram and Twitter, you can find the link on their website under profile.
So far I really like this group. The members seem cute und fun and the what I listend to of their music until now sounds pretty good. They have a new fan now.
What do you guys think? Do you like what you see and hear?
Yesterday the EBiSSH x Satori Shonen Dan project group ONE N' ONLY released a music video for their new singles b-side track "POP! POP!". Guys I am so in love with the song I like it so much better then their a-side track "Dark Knight". This is such a smooth and nice song. Tetta's and Eiku's vocals are so freaking nice. Especially Eiku is killing me with his vocals. The rap parts however are so extremly nice and smooth too. The video is pretty much giving me the rest. The boys looking so good and cute and the whole video has such nice and soft colors. It's a simple but lovely video that suites to this song so much. Definitly check it out.
Intersections 4th digital single Twisted will be released on January 25th and today they uploaded the music video for it. The is awesome like always and their music video are getting better everytime they release one. They are doing really well, releasing so much in a short time. I hope they will release a physical cd one day. Check out the song and video yourself.
10JinActor released their last music video back in August 2017 so I was super excited to see them uploading a new music video again. Their music videos are always super entertaining, quite messy and weird and I love them this way. The new video is nothing less and again I am in love with it. The song felt a little weird in the beginning because it has some reggae vibes here and there and that's so not what I expected. Even though I love the song. Please check it out yourself.
Sakura Shimeji's first mini album will be released at the end of this month and therefor they released the music video of one of their new songs a few days ago. The new song is called "My Sunshine". I feel like they try to have a more grown up image in this song. They don't sing as high as usually and the music video is kinde dark and their style quite cool. However to be honest I am not a fan of the music video. I feel the "dancing" is a little awkward and them singing feels so pressured. The part with the sky, their footprints etc. however is done really nice. Luckily taste is different and many other will think that this is done awesome. Check out the song and video yourself.
Intersection is a 4-member boy group in which all the members are half japanese. They uploaded their first music video "Starting Over" back in October of 2017. Their first digital single was released in October this year, called "Heart of Gold". I got totaly addicted to this song after listening to it a few times. I would say it's a typical western boy group song. Besides since the native language of all of them is english, they all sing in english. Here is the 1st song of them. By the way, please ignore the terrible music video.
Their second digital release came out on November 9th 2018, so just a few days ago. The song is called Falling and I like it even better then the first one. Also the music video turned out so much better.
There will be a 3rd release this year as well, on december 7th. The next song will be called "Body Language" and I am super excited for it. Also all the digital releases are availible on iTunes and Spotify internationally.
There are three new songs that have been uploaded to youtube just recently and they are awesome so I had to share them with you.
First of is Super Dragons new song Untouchable MAX, which is a collaboration song with a company that produces ramen. The song wasn't released anywhere but on Youtube. The music video they filmed for it turned out so freakin' good. The choreography, the styling, the background, everything looks absolutly amazing. I watched this so many times already and I can't stop fangirling over this piece of perfectness. However not only the video turned out to be so good but the song is extremly good too. I love this song so much and I hope it will be released on cd or online because I need it. Here is the video followed by a few gifs I just had to make.
Koki's solo (starting 2:41) is SO GOOD!!!!!!
The 2nd video I want to share with you is the one you can see in the picture above. It's Mukai Taichi's latest song called "Reset". I am a big fan of his music and this song once again made me fall in love with him even deeper. His voice is incredibly beautiful, so is this new song of him. Please check it out.
At least Starmen KiDS released the music video for their new song "Starmen Pirates". Since their new mini album has the theme "pirates" the main song of 'course had to have it too. However the songs isn't sounding like it much but the video does have the theme pirates and maybe the lyrics are about pirates. I don't know but at least it doesn't sound like a typical song about the sea. The songs actually sounds pretty awesome. I have already listend to it sooooo many times I am very much looking forward to the new mini album, that is being released mid october. Besides they still have this very childish image to them, thought besides Rikimaru and Yuugo all of them turned 12 y.o. this year, so you could say they are teenagers now!? It's so freaakin' weird because I now them for more then 5 years now (since they were still trainees). They still look so young... it's weird thinking that e.g. Tomoya is just two years older and looks so much older. Two years seem to make quite a difference or maybe it's just Tomoya looking quite grown up for his age. However that makes me really curious what they will look like in a few years and how their image is going to change. Sorry for the rant. Here is the video.
Thanks a lot for watching these videos!! Did you like the songs?
Yesterday M!LK's Over The Storm has been uploaded to to the Stardust Channel on Youtube. It's their first song with the three new members. I already listend to the song at the EBiLive 2018 but now listing to it non live is quite different. I would say I liked the live performance a little more. However I do like the song. The music video is good but nothing special like their music videos used to be. They have a different style in this song and I while I like this new style I can't denie that I prefer their more fun and cute style they had before. Check it out yourself.
Yesterday was the release of the new digital single of AKLO and once again he collaborated with JAY'ED. The song is called "Under the Cliff" and since they uploaded the music video for this song yesterday, I listened to it countless times already. I am so in love with this song. These two together are a perfect combination. The album they released together is still one of my all time favorite albums and this songs get's my hopes high that they will release a 2nd album together one day. That would be incredible. Besides the song is availible world wide so check out if you can find it in your preferred online music store. I bought it in iTunes. Here is the music video.
By the way I never watched the video so I can't tell you what I think about it... I just listened to the song!
Mid this month First Place released a short version of their music video for their major debut. It's a beautiful song. I am looking forward to the whole song. However I am not sure if this is a good major debut song. It's a good one but it doesn't feel outstanding or very remarkable and I think a debut song should always be something special. I really like them and all four of them have really good voices so of 'course I would like to see them getting a lot of attention. Whatever here is the music video.
At the end of June Taichi Mukai released his latest mini album. This one has been released only digital and is availible world wide on various music platforms. The mini album comes with 6 songs, thought track number 6 is only availible if you buy it on itunes. Around two years ago I fell in love with this guys music but since I wasn't too excited about his "Blue" album, it took me longer to finally listen to this new album. I wish I would have listend to it earlier 'cause this album is one incredible good. I honestly LOVE all the songs. He once again blow me away with his unique and stunning music. I just love this. I can't even tell you which song I like the best. This album is from start to end extremly amazing. Thought I think Siren is my least favorite song on this album. It's not that I don't like it but I like the others songs so much more. The aucustic version of Blue at the end is so freakin' beautiful getting me all emotional and I love the Malibu SO much, such a fresh and nice song. All the songs a pretty much perfect. If you have the chance to buy it, please do it. This album is very inexpensive and the quality you will get is absolutly worth the money. Here are the few songs of the album he released on YouTube but really you miss something out if you don't listen to the others as well.
What do you think about the songs? Are you going to buy the album or already bought it?
SIRUP (also known as KYOtaro) is going to release his second mini album on August 1st. It will come with seven tracks in total. Here is the tracklist.
1. Do Well
2. Maybe
3. Rain
4. LOOP
5. No Stress
6. Last Dance
7. One Day
While LOOP already got a music video, this month he also released a music video for Do Well. The video and song has his specific style. I really like this style with him. It suites his voice very well but so far I liked pretty much everything he released, also when he was still doing music as KYOtaro. I am looking forward to the whole album. Here is the music video for Do Well. Please check it out.
After MAGiC BOYZ official disbanding I was eagerly waiting for the now three members to announce their new group. The waiting has an end (even sooner then I thought). Their new name is "HONG￥O.JP". I really like their new image picture. Joe really grew up so much since their last release, it's crazy. Now it doesn't look as weird anymore to see him with the others because he doesn't look like a baby anymore. Also I like their style in this, no school boy vibes anymore but they look a little more mature. Well they are still young but it's quite a different to their former image. Here is some solo pictures.
JOE
RYUTO
TOMA
As for their music style hasn't changed, well maybe less electro influence but they keep the rap style that they had since the debut. They already released a 1st single called "Just Do It" and is availible on Spotify. I personally really like the song. The "Just Do It"-part is quite addicting and while I still think their rap is not the best, I do think they already improved. I like this song and if it ever get's availible somewhere else then Spotify, I am sure I will buy it. Well I am going to support them forever. However here is the music video.
I like the video too because I have thing for off-shot music videos like these. XD And by the way isn't it awesome that they have english subtitels. That's pretty cool.
What do you think about them, the new image and song?
Four member band "I Don't Like Mondays" released their last digital single back in december 2017. Since then nothing BUT today they uploaded their new song to YouTube. The song is called " One Thing" and features SALU. I LOVE the sing already. SALUs rap suites so well to the whole song and I just LOVE the vocals of Yu. I honestly wish they would release more. If you haven't checked them out, they have a dosen of music videos on their YouTube channel and pretty much all their songs are perfect, thought they have a special sound, so of course you won't like the songs if you don't like that genre/sound. However please give them a listen, they produce all their music an their own, which already is a reason to give their music a try! Here is the new song and, just in case you never heard it, one of my personal favorites of them.
Ok... I couldn't decide which to show you so I put three in here. XD
What do you think about the new song and their music?
VEVO accounts on Youtube are the best that can happen to us international JPop fans, because they make all the music videos availible that channels like Sony Music make availible only within Japan. There is already a good handful of japanese artists that have Vevo accounts like XOX, Da-iCE, DISH// and Shimizu Shota. I was happy when these got up but some don't upload all their music videos, which is kind of sad but hopefully with time moving on they will add more. Today more music videos of Shimizu Shota have been uploaded which makes me really happy. Not because I can't watch them otherwise but because know I can show them to more people. Here are the ones he uploaded today.
What do you think about Vevo channels? Did you know these songs of him?
